Ms. Fierro holds a master’s degree in health administration and bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration Management and Accounting. Skyler began her healthcare career while attending school at Florida Atlantic University. She has worked in every facet of healthcare management including medical office management, healthcare consulting, special projects, leadership and operations. This diverse background has contributed to developing her vast understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
Adriana Weicht
COO
Adriana Weicht serves as the Director of Operations. She oversees all operations for IHBS and focuses on establishing and scaling operations. Adriana has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Her leadership skills have enabled her to achieve excellent physician relations and problem solving.
Nancy Crevello
Coding and Quality Liaison
Nancy Crevello has been employed at IHBS since August 2008. She is a certified professional coder and healthcare auditor holds memberships with the American Academy of Professional Coders and American Institute of Healthcare Compliance. She has over thirty years of experience working in the healthcare industry specializing in anesthesiology, pain management, orthopedic, pathology, radiology, dental and hematology and oncology billing and collections. She has been involved in all aspects of the medical office and ASC from front desk reception to management.
Giovanna Carbone
Accounting Manager
Giovanna Carbone serves as Accounting Manager for IHBS. Her current role entails development and implementation of systems for the Accounting Team. Giovanna has 16 years of experience in Management and Bookkeeping. Her knowledge and skills in Accounting have played a key role in the fundamental development and growth of IHBS.

Credentialing Coordinator
Patricia Ortiz currently serves as Credentialing Coordinator for IHBS. Ms. Ortiz has been with the company for 10 years and has held several positions within the company. Her background in payer relations and reimbursement has made her a vital team member.
Debra Cote
Billing and Call Center Manager
Debra Cote’ has been part of the IHBS Team since 2013. She is a Certified Professional Biller with 30 years of experience working in many different facets of billing. Her knowledge of billing and coding rules as well as payer policies has been an asset to the organization.

Christie Fierro has been part of the IHBS Team since 2017. Christie brings many different attributes to the team including but not limited to Quality Reporting, BPCI knowledge, Electronic Medical Record knowledge and operations.
