Ms. Fierro holds a master’s degree in Health Administration and bachelor degrees in both Business Administration Management and Accounting. Skyler began her healthcare career while attending school at Florida Atlantic University. She has worked in every facet of healthcare management including medical office management, healthcare consulting, special projects and operations. This diverse background has contributed in developing her vast understanding of revenue cycle management, payer reimbursement, and quality initiatives. Skyler has extensive knowledge and experience in payer contracting which allows her to thoroughly analyze fee schedules and reimbursement. Her skill sets assist providers in truly understanding their revenue potential during payer negotiations and in maximizing their future reimbursement through lost charge revenue capture
Director of Operations
Adriana Weicht serves as the Director of Operations. She oversees all operations for IHBS and focuses on establishing and scaling operations. Adriana has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Her leadership skills have enabled her to achieve excellent physician relations and problem solving.
Revenue Cycle Director
Nancy Crevello has been employed at IHBS since August 2008. She is a certified professional coder and healthcare auditor holds memberships with the American Academy of Professional Coders and American Institute of Healthcare Compliance. She has over thirty years of experience working in the healthcare industry specializing in anesthesiology, pain management, orthopedic, pathology, radiology, dental and hematology and oncology billing and collections. She has been involved in all aspects of the medical office and ASC from front desk reception to management.
Naihomi Arroyo serves as Membership Manager for active physician groups. She has worked in Healthcare for over 10 years. Her work experience consists of an extensive background in Project Management and Supervision. She is a strong advocate for working with integrity and understands the core values of customer service. Her professional interests focus on providing quality service and displaying leadership skills.
Giovanna Carbone serves as Accounting Manager for IHBS. Her current role entails development and implementation of systems for the Accounting Team. Giovanna has 16 years of experience in Management and Bookkeeping. Her knowledge and skills in Accounting have played a key role in the fundamental development and growth of IHBS.
Patricia Ortiz currently serves as Credentialing Coordinator for IHBS. Ms. Ortiz has been with the company for 10 years and has held several positions within the company. Her background in payer relations and reimbursement has made her a vital team member.
