John E. Hornberger, CEO
John holds a BS degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Campbell University in North Carolina. He brings over 16 years of proven practice management knowledge and experience to the IHBS consulting team. He has achieved consistently successful results in both private practice and corporate medical settings representing a broad array of medical specialties including Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Urgent Care.
A Principal with the firm, John specializes in business and operational analysis and improvement, strategic planning, physician relations, practice mergers and consolidations, physician compensation arrangements, financial projections and feasibility studies. He is a long standing member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the Florida MGMA, the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE), and the Florida BONES Society.
Jason Tocci, COO
Jason holds a BS in Business Management and has been involved in practice management since 1992. Jason served 6 1/2 years in the US Navy where he became a Certified Orthopaedic Technician and gained vast clinical experience during his service. His clinical proficiency combined with his management expertise brings a unique, integrated approach and perspective.
Jason is highly skilled in defining, streamlining and improving practice processes. His personality and leadership skills have enabled him to achieve excellent physician relations, team building, problem solving, and change management abilities. His combined skills allow him to realize each organization's full potential and capitalize on it. His well-rounded and diverse background is a welcomed addition to the IHBS team.
Stacia Gaddy, CAO
Stacia brings over 15 years of medical practice experience in a variety of settings with eight years of private practice management background and three years of independent medical consulting knowledge. Stacia has worked on a corporate level as an employee of GE Healthcare implementing practice management and electronic medical records software systems in several medical practices of varying sizes nationwide, including but not limited to Orthopedics, Hematology/Oncology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice.
Stacia specializes in software application, adult training/learning techniques, and medical office/ billing process engineering. She has consistently streamlined many office processes for clients across the country with a wide array of needs. Stacia holds certifications specific to her area of focus from the VNU Learning Institute and GE Healthcare.
